Logan Wells
Logan Wells is a college student with a passion for speech and debate. He has competed on various circuits since 2021 and has coached since graduating from high school in 2024. He is a two-time Phi Rho Pi national champion. Before college, he achieved significant success in high school, becoming a five-time UIL state champion by winning extemporaneous speaking, Lincoln-Douglas debate, and congressional debate. Additionally, he qualified for the NSDA national competition three times.
Logan loves speech and debate because it gave him a voice he never knew he had. As he approaches the end of his competitive career, he has discovered a new passion: helping students find their own voices, just as he did. He believes that public speaking can be intimidating for many, but once a person understands the power of their words, the truth becomes the most powerful weapon.
